Accor F&B Website requirements - restaurantsandbars.accor.com

In preparation for the launch of the Accor F&B website there are a few settings and updates you will need to make in your ResDiary to ensure your restaurant appears correctly on the new restaurantsandbars.accor.com site. 
Once you have made the below 3 updates to some existing settings in ResDiary, your availability will automatically be displayed on the Accor F&B website. Bookings made through this website will fall directly into your ResDiary. 


1. Service Names
Make sure your Service Names within ResDiary are named as per the guidelines of Accor. The table below shows the only names you can use for your service, they are:

To update the Service names, in ResDiary go to Settings > Services > edit and save the updated name. 

Please note: You cannot use any service names that are not in the list, as they do not translate properly to the Accor F&B website. 
2. Upload PDF menus into ResDiary
Within ResDiary PDF menus can be uploaded, requirements are PDF and less than 5GB in size. 
To upload a menu within ResDiary, go to Settings > Venue and Microsite Details > (scroll to the bottom) Microsite Menus > Add

Once you have Added the menus, please click on 'Update'.

3. Promotion Channels need to be selected within new and existing promotions
Within each promotion in ResDiary you will need to select some additional channels, they are:
- Accor F&B Website    
- AccorF&B AccorPlusMembers    

Let us explain the two new channels. 
- Accor F&B Website = allows anyone (general public and ALL members) to view and book the promotion on the Accor F&B website.
- AccorF&B AccorPlusMembers = allows Accor Plus members logged into the Accor F&B website to book these offers. 

So moving forward if you are wanting anyone (non-members and Accor Plus members) to book the promotion tick the 4 channels:
- Tableplus
- Tableplus Members
- Accor F&B website
- AccorF&B AccorPlusMembers

If it is an Accor Plus member only offer than you would tick Tableplus Members & AccorF&B AccorPlusMembers only.

Please note: the 2 new Accor F&B website channels replace the original 'Restaurants by Accor mobile app' and 'Restaurants by Accor website' channel. These channels are being retired, so do not need to be ticked within a promotion (they will eventually be removed by ResDiary).
