Where to begin?
Log into your ResDiary account to check the settings and remove any close-outs.
ResDiary login is: https://login.resdiary.com/

Update your close-outs
Is your diary showing the time slots the restaurant is open for bookings? Or are you needing to close-out certain days and times?
To do this go to Settings > Close-outs > Add New Period. For the step by step close-out guide, click here.
Re-train your team
Our how to make a booking in ResDiary tutorial may be just the refresher your team is after to know how to enter an internal booking. You can view the tutorial here.
Check your ResDiary settings
Does your ResDiary reflect your restaurant setup?
Are your areas and tables correct?
If you need to update your table management settings, go to Settings > Table Management > select the setting you need to update.

Check your Table Plus widget
Is your Table Plus widget updated on your online channels? Make sure that the Table Plus widget is updated on your website to ensure you can receive online bookings. For the widget integration guide, click here.
