ResDiary takeaway feature

The pre-order feature within ResDiary has been adapted to allow restaurants to also offer takeaway. The takeaway feature requires Stripe payments, so is only available in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, SingaporeThe standard stripe transaction fees apply per country, for each transaction.

How does it work?

 

1. Customers will begin the process by selecting a date and time slot for the takeaway on your widget. They will then be asked for a Place order.

Note:- Please reach out to Table Plus Support team support.tableplus@accorplus.com to enabled the Takeaway button on your restaurant Table Plus Widget.

2. Once the booking has been successfully made, the customer can select the items from the listed menu and place an order from the booking complete screen.

3. After completing their order customers can pay (via stripe) for the total amount for their order.

4. Once the customer submits their payment, their booking is updated automatically and the customer will receive a Takeaway confirmation email.

 

Click on the below Book Now button to pick a date and time and make a test booking to see the customer journey for the takeaway feature.
